What is involved in this study?

If you choose to participate, you will fill out a survey on your eating behaviors and health.

You will be entered into a raffle with three $50 Amazon gift cards.

You will be asked to request your mother, father, or another adult who cared for you regularly as a child to fill in a short survey about their and your childhood health.

Your caregiver will be entered into a separate raffle with three $50 Amazon gift cards.
You may qualify for this study if:
